raphael öttinger | personal coach and systemic consultant
I am Raphael Öttinger – systemic coach, psychological advisor, husband, father, teacher, and entrepreneur. I am passionate about being a companion on your journey toward deep transformation and wholeness.
I am currently deeply engaged in an intensive certification process to become a psychological counselor (Euro-FH), specializing in couple and family counseling. In addition, I am participating in a certification course in systemic counseling within organizational contexts and will soon be a certified persolog® coach and trainer.
These courses build on my academic background – a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication Management with a focus on organizational psychology, leadership, and employee motivation.
My professional path has been as diverse as it has been meaningful. From working on a national communications project for Mercedes-Benz, to serving as Managing Director of a start-up in England, to working as a prison officer – where I helped people break destructive patterns and build positive habits – I have gained experience across many different life situations. These experiences have strengthened my deep belief that profound change is possible.
My unique combination of practical experience, academic insight, and personal commitment enables me to offer support, guidance, and a steady hand on your journey toward growth, wholeness, and meaningful transformation.
